User Agreement (Terms of Use)

欢迎使用 QuickTap！请在下载、安装或使用 QuickTap iOS 应用程序及 QuickTap Receiver Mac 端服务程序（以下统称为“本应用”）之前，仔细阅读本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）。

Welcome to QuickTap! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using the QuickTap iOS application and QuickTap Receiver Mac application (collectively, the "App").

如果您下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示您同意接受本协议的所有条款。如果您不同意本协议，请勿使用本应用。

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. 使用许可 / License to Use

我们授予您一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的、可撤销的许可，允许您仅出于个人非商业目的使用本应用。

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with these Terms.

2. 功能与要求 / Functionality and Requirements

用途：本应用旨在作为 macOS 设备的远程控制工具。
Purpose: The App is designed to function as a remote control utility for macOS devices.
先决条件：使用本应用需要您在 iPhone/iPad 上安装 iOS 端应用，并在 Mac 上安装配套的接收端应用（QuickTap Receiver）。两台设备必须连接到同一局域网或通过蓝牙连接。
Prerequisites: To use the App, you must install the iOS App on your iPhone/iPad and the companion Receiver App on your Mac. Both devices must be connected to the same local network or via Bluetooth.
Mac 权限：您知悉 Mac 接收端需要“辅助功能”权限才能正常工作。您有责任在 Mac 的系统设置中授予这些权限。
Mac Permissions: You acknowledge that the Mac Receiver requires Accessibility permissions to function. You are responsible for granting these permissions in your Mac's System Settings.

3. 用户责任 / User Responsibilities

合法使用：您同意仅出于合法目的并按照本协议使用本应用。
Lawful Use: You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
安全：您同意不在可能导致分心或危险的情况下（例如驾驶时）使用本应用。
Safety: You agree not to use the App in situations where it may cause distraction or danger (e.g., while driving).
授权控制：您同意仅使用本应用控制您拥有或已获得明确操作许可的计算机。
Authorized Control: You agree to use the App only to control computers that you own or have explicit permission to operate.

4. 免责声明 / Disclaimer of Warranties

本应用按“现状”和“现有”基础提供。我们不对本应用的运行、准确性或稳定性做出任何明示或暗示的保证。

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, accuracy, or stability.

5. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，开发者不对任何间接的、偶然的、特殊的、后果性的或惩罚性的损害承担责任，包括但不限于数据丢失或因远程控制功能导致的意外操作。

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to data loss or accidental operations performed via the remote control function.

您对使用本远程控制工具在您的 Mac 上执行的任何操作承担全部责任。

You assume full responsibility for any actions performed on your Mac using this remote control tool.

6. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本应用，包括其代码、设计、图形和界面，是开发者的知识产权，受版权法保护。

The App, including its code, design, graphics, and interface, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright laws.

7. 条款变更 / Changes to Terms

我们保留随时修改本协议的权利。您在任何更改后继续使用本应用即表示您接受新条款。

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
